Payment & Delivery

Online orders are sent directly to our System, indicating your name, phone number, Address, Shipping Method and ordered items.

We will contact you shortly via WhatsApp or call after receiving your order to confirm acceptance and Arrange the pickup day and time with you in case you choose to pick it up from our store in Merag Olwy.
In case you choose home delivery as a shipping method we will take one day to process your order and give it to the shipping company which takes on average of three days to deliver the order.
We may contact you to complete your data to be able to deliver your order in case information is missing.
An Invoice is sent Automatically after you place your order online.
You can contact us through our contact us page to cancel/change your order or add information you missed.
The product is reserved for pickup within 72 hours from the order date, payment is cash or by Debit/Credit card.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, a tax invoice will take 24 hours to be issued.
Please write down any of your comments with the order so we can satisfy your wishes perfectly. We usually ask for the phone number, email address, and home address, details are only used for future servicing.
