Which hobs can I use it on?

Gas and electric hobs directly. For induction you'll need a separate Bialetti induction adapter plate, as the aluminium body isn't magnetic.

How do I brew with it?

Fill the base with water up to the safety valve, add ground coffee to the funnel without pressing it, screw it together, and heat on low-to-medium. Take it off when it gurgles.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

No — hand wash only. Just rinse with water after use, without detergents, to protect the pot and the taste of the coffee.
